Terms and Conditions


If there is a listing of your interest please contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to send you a quotation (including shipping if required). We will then send over our invoice as confirmation of sale.

Our accepted payment methods are the following :
- Bank Transfer
- Paypal


Thanks to a dedicated group of shippers we have closely worked with in the past years, we are happy to provide quotations for shipping to all customers globally. Clients can then chose to opt for quotations we provide or organise shipments of their preference.
Delivery to all addresses in Milan, Italy are offered by us without added charges.
We offer complete condition reports for all listings. Vaspaar is not liable for any losses or damages to listings during shipment.
Proof of full payment is required before we can release purchased listings for shipment.

Item Condition

All Vaspaar listings are chosen carefully for their aesthetic, historic importance and collectibility quotient. This might mean that often these pieces might exhibit signs of wear and use.
We do our best to ensure that all items are sold in their original condition as long as they retain their history, structural integrity and visual appeal.
To avoid any misinterpretation of the condition of listings available for purchase, we offer detailed condition reports to all clients on request. We strive to the exhibit the actual condition of all listings through pictures available on our website. All interested clients are free to ask for further details in the form of condition reports.

Re-upholstery / Restoration

For items that undergo re-upholstery, we ask clients to be sure of their choice of fabric from those we provide. In case the client changes their mind after having confirmed their choice of fabric, we cannot offer refunds or reimbursements of any kind.
Often for aged listings we are asked by clients to have the surfaces rebuffed before shipping. We always ask for written confirmations to avoid any complications that may arise later incase the piece loses its original aesthetic to which the client might have taken a liking.
All modifications and or improvements on listings can only be made upon receiving written confirmation and proof of payment from client.


Returns are accepted on purchases over 5000 euros within 3 days of delivery. We provide a full refund only if items are returned in the condition they were shipped in perfect sellable condition. We only accept returns if clients do not receive the item as described in our listings and provided condition reports.

Cancellation Policy

We allow all clients the possibility to cancel all orders for listings priced from 5000 euros and above within 24 hours of order confirmation, no questions asked. After 24 hours we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the listings public price and reimburse the rest, along with any standard shipping rates included in the order (expedited/express shipping payments are non refundable).
Please note that custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.
